The Aero A.11 was a versatile Czechoslovak single-engine biplane produced in the mid-1920s, used for reconnaissance, training, and light liaison duties. It became one of the most widely operated aircraft in early Czechoslovak Air Force service.

History
Designed and built by the newly established Aero firm in Prague, the A.11 entered service around 1925 and was exported to several countries. It represented a refinement of earlier Aero biplane designs, incorporating lessons learned from the A.10 series. The type saw broad domestic use and modest export success in the late 1920s.
Variants
Several sub-variants were produced with different engines and equipment fits; the Aero A.11 family also spawned floatplane derivatives for coastal and riverine operations.
