History
It used the mechanical components of a Bell 48 in an all-new, streamlined fuselage. It first flew on 3 February 1959 and the prototype was shown at that year's Paris Air Show.
Variants
Only two production examples were built after the prototype.
Where you'll see it
The two production examples were operated by Elivie on a regular air service between Turin and Milan from 1961. Turbine-powered helicopters soon made it obsolete.
