The Arado Ar 195 was a single-engine biplane torpedo-bomber prototype developed for the German Navy in 1937, competing in a requirement for a carrier-capable torpedo bomber. It remained at the prototype stage with only three aircraft completed.

History
Built as a contender for a German naval torpedo bomber, the Ar 195 was evaluated alongside the Fieseler Fi 167. The Fi 167 was selected over the Ar 195; neither type ultimately equipped the uncompleted Graf Zeppelin carrier in numbers.
Variants
Three prototype aircraft were built; no production series followed.
