The Arado L I was an early light biplane from Arado Flugzeugwerke, produced in 1929 for sport flying and elementary training purposes. It represented one of the company's first civil aviation products.

History
Founded in 1925, Arado produced a series of light aircraft in the late 1920s before concentrating on military designs. It did not achieve significant production numbers and is mainly of historical interest as an early product of a company that later built important Luftwaffe types.
