History
Epic Aircraft, based in Oregon, developed the Victory as a kit-built design before pursuing FAA certification. The prototype flew in 2007 and demonstrated impressive performance for its size and cost. The company later shifted to certified production versions, and the design influenced their subsequent Epic E1000 turboprop.
