The Reims FT337G Super Skymaster is a turbocharged variant of the F337G, offering meaningfully higher cruise speeds and service ceiling than the normally-aspirated versions of the Skymaster family.

History

Reims developed the turbocharged FT337G to compete in the higher-performance segment of the light-twin market, giving operators the ability to cruise efficiently above weather systems that would ground naturally-aspirated aircraft. The T designation denotes the Continental TSIO-360 turbocharged engines fitted front and rear.

Variants

The FT337G is the turbocharged sibling of the F337G; the militarised FTB337G Milirole developed directly from it, adding hardpoints and observer windows for light patrol work.
