History
Announced as the G250 and renamed G280 before entry into service, the aircraft first flew in 2009 and received FAA certification in 2012. It is co-produced in Israel and completed in the United States, combining IAI's structural expertise with Gulfstream's interior and avionics standards.
Variants
The G280 is a single production variant; it replaced the G200 in the Gulfstream range.
