The Airbus Helicopters H175 is a civil super-medium twin-engine helicopter developed jointly with Avicopter (AVIC) of China, targeting offshore oil and gas transport and passenger operations.

History

Development began in 2006 under the designation EC175 as an Airbus–AVIC joint venture, with first flight in December 2009 and European certification achieved in 2014. Chinese production is handled by AVIC under the AC352 designation.

Variants

The H175 is offered in offshore, VIP, and emergency medical service configurations; the militarised AC352 is under consideration for Chinese armed forces.
