WEFT is AircraftIQ's four-point recognition method — how it works.
Spot it by:
- Two-bay biplane with a tall, narrow fuselage nearly filling the interplane gap
- Long shoehorn-style float under the fuselage extending forward beneath the engine
- Stabilising floats against the undersides of the lower wing
The pilot sat in an open cockpit at the top of the fuselage with the engine mounted in front, and the main undercarriage retracted into wells in the fuselage sides.
