The Quantum Systems Vector is a German electric vertical-takeoff-and-landing fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle designed for tactical reconnaissance, survey, and mapping missions.

History
Developed by Munich-based Quantum-Systems, the Vector uses four tilting electric rotors to take off and land vertically before transitioning to fixed-wing flight for efficient cruise. Introduced commercially around 2018, it found customers in military, government, and commercial survey markets. The design allows operations from confined spaces without a runway.
