The EM-10 Bielik (Eagle) is a small, low-cost Polish jet training aircraft prototype built largely from composites, intended as an affordable lead-in fighter trainer.

History
Developed by Marganski & Myslowski, the single-engined Bielik first flew in 2003 with a carbon-fibre fuselage, pressurised cockpit and ejection seats. It was pitched as a cheap alternative to established jet trainers.
Variants
The aircraft remained a prototype programme rather than a series-production type, with proposed developments including uprated engines and light-attack fits. It never entered operational service.
Where you'll see it
The Bielik saw no UK relevance, RAF fast-jet training being handled by the Hawk and now the Texan and Hawk T2, and remained an experimental Polish design. Its significance is as an ambitious low-budget national trainer effort.
