History
Brazilian manufacturer Aeromot acquired the rights to produce the Fournier RF-10 motor glider and adapted it for Brazilian production under the Ximango name. The type offered soaring capability combined with self-launching ability, making it popular with gliding clubs that lacked extensive tow aircraft infrastructure.
Variants
The AMT-200 Ximango Super used a more powerful engine; the AMT-100 was the baseline Rotax-powered variant.
