History

Aeroprakt was founded in Kyiv in 1991 and the A-20 was among its earliest designs, aimed at the nascent post-Soviet private aviation market. The company grew to become a significant producer of light sport aircraft, with later models like the A-22 and A-32 achieving international sales.
