History
ANF Les Mureaux produced a series of parasol-wing monoplanes for the Armée de l'Air during the 1930s, the 110-series being the most prominent. The 115 was developed as an improved two-seat fighter capable of both observation and aerial combat, reflecting French interwar doctrine that favoured multi-role designs. The type saw limited service before faster dedicated fighters rendered it obsolete.
Variants
The Les Mureaux 110-series included several sub-variants (113, 115, 117) that progressively improved engine fit and armament; the 115 used the Hispano-Suiza 12Xcrs engine.
Where you'll see it
Served with the Armée de l'Air in limited numbers through the late 1930s; by the outbreak of WWII most had been relegated to secondary duties or withdrawn.
