History
It was designed and built by the glider pilot Amletto Zaneti and Aviamilano's owner Mario Vietri at the Polytechnic University of Milan's Centro Politecnico del Volo, which gave it its name. It first flew in 1963.
Variants
Only one was built, a wooden aircraft covered in a mixture of plywood and fabric with Fowler flaps and mid-chord spoilers.
Where you'll see it
The design emphasised high performance in both weak and strong thermals. The sole aircraft flew from 1963.
