The CANT 25 was an Italian single-seat biplane fighter floatplane developed by CANT (Cantieri Aeronautici e Navali Triestini) in the late 1920s. It was designed to operate from water and serve with the Regia Marina's seaplane fighter units.

History
First flown in 1927, the CANT 25 was evaluated by the Italian Navy as a shipboard or coastal defence fighter. It competed with other Italian designs of the period but did not enter large-scale production, with only small numbers built.
Variants
Several sub-variants were tested with different engine fits; the CANT 25AR was an evolved version. The type shared design elements with other CANT seaplane projects of the era.
Where you'll see it
Served in limited numbers with the Regia Marina's seaplane units in the late 1920s and early 1930s; the type was quickly superseded by more capable designs and is rarely referenced outside Italian aviation history.
