The Cessna 404 Titan is a large twin-engine piston aircraft designed for commuter airline, cargo, and utility operations, bridging the gap between light twins and turboprops. It is the largest piston twin Cessna produced.

History

First flying in 1975 and entering production in 1976, the 404 Titan was built in three variants — Ambassador (passenger), Courier (cargo), and Diplomat (convertible) — and sold to commuter airlines and freight operators. Production ran to 396 aircraft before ending in 1982.
