History
Cessna refined the Citation V/Ultra line into the Encore, fitting Pratt & Whitney PW535A engines and a redesigned interior. The Encore first flew in 2000 and entered service in 2000-2001, later evolving into the Encore+.
Variants
The 560 series runs from the Citation V through Ultra, Encore and Encore+, each an incremental improvement in weight, engines and avionics. The Encore+ introduced FADEC engines and a Collins Pro Line cockpit.
