The Fairchild F-24W-41 is the 1941 production variant of the Warner-engined Fairchild F-24 high-wing cabin monoplane, effectively identical to the F-24W-40 but built in the year immediately before US entry into World War II.

History
Production of the F-24W-41 continued through 1941 until the US entered the war in December; many of these aircraft were subsequently impressed into military service as the UC-61 Forwarder for liaison duties. The type served with Allied air forces including the Royal Air Force under Lend-Lease.
Variants
The W-41 designation indicates the 1941 Warner-powered production batch; it is functionally interchangeable with the W-40.
