The Flight Design CT is a German high-wing composite light sport aircraft that has become one of the best-selling light aircraft in the world since its introduction in the late 1990s. It is produced in several variants and is popular with sport pilots in Europe and North America.

History
Flight Design GmbH, based in Germany, developed the CT series as a practical two-seat composite aircraft meeting the emerging Light Sport Aircraft (LSA) category rules. The CT became the global sales leader in the LSA category after US LSA rules were introduced in 2004.
Variants
The family includes the CTLS, CTSW, CTLSi, and F2 among others, differing in engine, avionics, and detail design. The CTLS is the most common current production variant.
