The IMAM Ro.30 was an Italian two-seat reconnaissance and observation biplane of the early 1930s, built by Meridionali (IMAM) for the Regia Aeronautica. It served in colonial and homeland reconnaissance roles.

History
Developed in 1932 and entering service with the Regia Aeronautica, the Ro.30 equipped reconnaissance and army cooperation squadrons. It served in the Ethiopian campaign of 1935-36 and in the early phases of Italian involvement in the Spanish Civil War.
Variants
The Ro.30 led to the Ro.37, a more developed reconnaissance biplane that saw extensive wartime service.
