The EA-37B Compass Call is the US Air Force's next-generation airborne electronic attack platform, replacing the EC-130H Compass Call and based on the Gulfstream G550 business jet airframe. It carries advanced jamming and electronic warfare systems to suppress enemy communications and air defences.

History
Development of the EA-37B began in the 2010s as the USAF sought a more fuel-efficient and capable successor to the ageing EC-130H fleet. The G550-based platform offers greater range and higher cruise altitude; first deliveries to operational units were anticipated in the mid-2020s.
Variants
The EA-37B is itself the replacement variant for the EC-130H; further block upgrades are planned for the EW mission suite.
