History

It was designed and built by the Self-Reliance Development Wing in 1975 from locally designed jigs and fixtures. The first test flight was on 21 May 1975.

Variants

Only one prototype was built. It was developed from the SIAI-Marchetti SF.260MP, with a slight increase in wingspan and a lower empty weight.

Where you'll see it

The project was cancelled. The prototype was initially thought to be a modified SF.260MP, and its performance was slightly reduced by comparison.
