The Pipistrel Panthera is a sleek four-seat composite touring aircraft designed for efficient high-speed cross-country flight, with versions available in piston, hybrid, and full electric configurations. It represents the upper end of Pipistrel's product range.

History
First flying in 2013, the Panthera was developed to extend Pipistrel's expertise in efficient composite aircraft from the light sport sector to the four-seat market. The electric variant received considerable attention as part of the NASA SCEPTOR distributed propulsion research programme.
Variants
Piston (Lycoming IO-390), hybrid, and full electric (Panthera Electro) variants have been developed.
