The Reggiane Re.2003 was an Italian two-seat fighter and advanced trainer prototype developed from the Re.2001 series. It was intended to provide a tandem two-seat combat-capable aircraft for operational training.

History
First flown in 1941, the Re.2003 extended the Re.2001 concept to a two-seat configuration by lengthening the fuselage to accommodate a rear cockpit. It did not enter production, as priority was given to single-seat combat types and Italian industrial resources were already stretched. Only prototypes were completed.
