The Sharp Nemesis NXT is an American single-seat purpose-built air racing aircraft designed to compete in the Formula One and unlimited piston classes at the National Championship Air Races in Reno, Nevada.

History
Developed by Jon Sharp as a successor to his earlier Nemesis aircraft, the Nemesis NXT first flew in 2004. It incorporated advanced composite construction and aerodynamic refinement to achieve extremely high speeds from a relatively modest piston engine.

The Nemesis NXT is a unique custom design; the earlier Nemesis served in a similar role.
