The Sikorsky S-434 is a light single-engine turbine helicopter developed jointly by Sikorsky and Schweizer Aircraft as an upgraded successor to the Schweizer 333, intended for law enforcement, utility, and light military roles.

The programme was marketed to military and police operators seeking a cost-effective turbine light helicopter but did not achieve significant production orders.
