- Twin-engine low-wing cantilever monoplane of conventional configuration
- Tailwheel undercarriage with the main units retracting into the engine nacelles
- Two Armstrong Siddeley Cheetah radial engines on the prototypes

History
It came from an agreement between the Spanish government and CASA for a transport able to carry one tonne over 1,000 km. The first of two prototypes flew on 11 February 1949.
Variants
The C-201A and C-201B were personnel transports, the D and F were instrument and navigation trainers, and the E and G were bombing and photo-reconnaissance trainers. Different versions used Cheetah or ENMASA Sirio engines.
Where you'll see it
Engine supply problems stalled the project. Only eleven aircraft were delivered by 1956, and in 1962 the project was cancelled with 96 airframes in storage, which were scrapped.
