The Hawker Siddeley Dominie T.1 is the RAF navigation and communications training variant of the HS.125 business jet, fitted with specialist navigation training equipment to instruct student navigators. It served as the RAF's standard navigator trainer for decades.

History
Twenty Dominie T.1s were ordered in 1962 and entered service with the RAF in 1965, based at Finningley and later Cranwell. The type proved highly successful in the navigation training role, offering a realistic high-speed jet environment for student navigators equipped with radar and other navigation aids.
Variants
The Dominie T.1 was the only RAF variant; the civil HS.125 spawned a large family of business jet derivatives under the Hawker Siddeley, British Aerospace, Raytheon, and Hawker brand names.
Where you'll see it
The Dominie T.1 served with No. 6 Flying Training School at Finningley and later Cranwell until retirement in 2011, when the Beechcraft King Air replaced it in the multi-engine training role.
