History
Developed by Evektor-Aerotechnik of the Czech Republic and entering flight testing around 2003, the SportStar was one of the early designs to comply with the new LSA rules introduced in the United States in 2004, achieving strong sales in North America and Europe.
Variants
Several versions have been offered including the SportStar MAX, SportStar PLUS, and the RTC (Realistic Training Cockpit) variant with instrument training capability.
