History
Developed alongside the single-seat G.91 fighter that won NATO's lightweight strike-fighter competition, the G.91T first flew in 1960 with a lengthened forward fuselage to fit the second cockpit.
Variants
Built for the Italian Air Force and for export to Germany and Portugal, alongside the single-seat G.91R fighter and reconnaissance versions.

It trained G.91 pilots for NATO air forces for decades and remained in Italian service into the 1990s.
