The TUSAŞ Hürjet is Turkey's first domestically developed advanced jet trainer and light combat aircraft, designed to replace ageing T-38 Talon trainers in Turkish Air Force service.

History
Development of the Hürjet was launched by Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ) as part of Turkey's broader defence indigenisation programme. The aircraft made its first flight in 2023, marking a significant milestone in Turkey's aerospace ambitions alongside the concurrent KAAN fifth-generation fighter programme.
