The TAI Hürkuş is a Turkish indigenous turboprop military trainer designed and manufactured by Turkish Aerospace Industries, intended to cover both basic and advanced flight training roles.

History
Developed as part of Turkey's drive for defence self-sufficiency, the Hürkuş first flew on 29 August 2013 (Turkish Victory Day). The programme aims to replace ageing trainers in the Turkish Air Force and has attracted export interest.
Variants
The Hürkuş-A is the basic trainer; the Hürkuş-B is an armed variant for light attack and advanced training; the Hürkuş-C is a further development.
