The DINFIA IA 38 was an Argentine twin-turboprop transport aircraft designed and built by the state aircraft factory in Córdoba. It represented an ambitious attempt to develop indigenous transport capability.

History
Developed in the late 1950s at the Fábrica Argentina de Aviones facility under the DINFIA organisation, the IA 38 first flew in 1960. The project aimed to provide Argentina with a domestically produced light transport but did not progress beyond prototype stage.
Variants
Only prototype examples were built; no production variants entered service.

The IA 38 remained experimental and saw no operational service with the Argentine Air Force or civil operators.
