The Junkers J 5 was an early Junkers all-metal cantilever monoplane of 1919, a direct forerunner of the famous F 13 and a milestone in metal aircraft construction.

History
Hugo Junkers had pioneered all-metal aircraft during WWI; the J 5 continued this work with a distinctive corrugated Duralumin stressed-skin structure. The J 5 itself was produced in very small numbers but fed directly into the development of the F 13, the world's first all-metal airliner designed as such.
Variants
Closely related to the concurrent J 6; the F 13 was the refined production successor.
