History

Singapore Airlines launched the -10 in May 2018. Because of its greater length the -10 cannot operate the longest -9 routes without penalty, but it offers outstanding economics on trunk routes. Boeing also builds it exclusively at Charleston, South Carolina.

Variants

No sub-variants; the -10 uses the same wing and engines as the -9 but cannot be operated from all airports that handle the -8 and -9 due to its length.
